In this episode, we settle into a seat Grounding in the body and anchoring with the breath. Imagine and explore your ideal space for meditation. Gather the intention to create that space with what you have for the building of your future practice. Finding a way to reduce the amount of distraction to aid you on this journey inward can be one that has components beyond your control. When you identify what you do not have control over; sights, sounds, and smells, we then work toward accepting these aspects to our practice. It is not always easy to build with this experience in practice. When we stay with it, one begins to better manage attachment and aversion in difficult matters that show up throughout our lives.
