Hey! I’m Yogi Rakhee, a full-time Yoga instructor and founder of Superari Yoga. Superari comes from the Latin word, the will to overcome. I believe that with the right mental, physical and emotional approach, we can overcome anything. Soul Speak is a thought-provoking collection of reflections, advice and practical techniques anchored in Yoga teachings, many of which I hope you could apply easily to your everyday life. Don’t worry, you won’t hear endless words in Sanskrit and you don’t even have to be a student of Yoga to listen.
