Self Sabotage & Shoulds Feel like you “should” be doing or not doing certain things but just can’t get yourself to feel motivated to make the shift? Think back a bit … was there times you were “should-ed”? You should do this, you shouldn’t do that? Self-sabotage can be a form of unconscious rebellion when you have lived your life based on what everyone or certain people expected of you. What are some healthier ways that you can express your independence? Once those are in place you’ll feel more motivated to do the other “shoulds” that you are wanting to do.
