What are the people like? Using cameras already placed in every city, make a service that lets us check up on places before we move there. Petty is a new app. It's basically Foursquare, but for your enemies. You can keep tabs on them, so you can stay away, or mess with them. Just be sure they don't look you up. People spend too much time in public restrooms sometimes. We have a two fold plan to help this. First, you add a phone booth/drug room for people just looking for privacy. Then you make uncomfortable toilets so people won't sit there playing with games on their phones. Problem solved.
