This week Geoff and I explore the mystical Psychedelic Pop sounds of Iranian goddess GOOGOOSH! Born to perform, Googoosh (born Faegheh Atashin) started on the stage at the young age of 3. From there, she grew to be a massive singing success and movie star! She toured all through Iran and even through Europe until the Iranian Revolution, which silenced her voice. But about 20 years later she moved to LA and began singing again, still putting out records to this day.
