Barsha was born and brought up in Kolkata. She belongs to a Sindhi Family. But her love and passion for Hindi brought her to Mumbai and then she landed in Madhya Pradesh, Hindi HeartLand. She is very hardworking. Observed her working till late at night, sleeping on her desk, and accomplishing never-ending radio work tirelessly drinking her favorite energizer Tea.
As a result, she is serving as a Station Head for a Community Radio Station at Noida. Her journey is so inspiring that anyone would like to learn from her.
