This week, Bain and Stone got to chat with female powerlifter Amber Hansen, who has had a high level of success both raw and equipped in a short period of time in powerlifting. She talked about her start in the sport, how she and her coach handle her training both for raw and equipped, and future plans. In the "PLUSA Throwback" segment, the boys discussed the Sept. 2006 issue, which had Westside bencher Mike Wolf on the cover.
