In this episode of Beyond Surviving, I connect with Crystal Protsman, who graduated from Beyond Surviving in 2020. We talk about her personal and harrowing journey navigating the court system. From making the decision to report, to going to court, and everything that came after getting her day of “justice”.Crystal Protsman wants to give back to the community that really supported her in her own healing journey of feeling stuck from her sexual abuse as a child/teen. Her passion is giving space to other survivors that just want to be noticed, heard, and connected on the most interpersonal level of life. She is working on her B.A. in Psychology and FCS/Child and Family. She is a Beyond Surviving graduate and experienced first hand that healing is possible within the correct community. She works with at risk children to help them embrace their self-worth inside themselves and to supports them turning their lives around.--Support our show!
