As huge fans of MMA and Martial Arts in general, it was an honor to sit down with reigning Spartyka Fight League Champion, Ryan "Predator" Parker! Ryan holds two belts in both the middle and heavy weight divisions. Mike and Chris caught Ryan in between training sessions the week before his big title defense! Since this was recorded Ryan did in fact retain his championship belt at SFL 31! One of the most humble and professional fighters either host has met, lend us an ear and get in the mind of the Champ!
