Leadership Lessons with Chantel Côté – The next generation. Chantal and I met through the International Mastermind that we are both a part of and she is someone to take note of.  She has been stepping into a higher calling with grit, determination and a giving and caring heart.   Hopefully we have all had at least one person in our lives (a teacher, mentor, coach) who took interest in us and made a difference in our life.  I know I’ve had many, but my first memory is of my 3rd and 4th grade teacher who helped me navigate some tough times at that age.  Mrs. Warner will always be embedded in my heart and set in motion the work I do today.  The same happened for Chantal who is now paying it forward by dedicating her life as a businesswoman and registered psychologist in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  Listen in as we hear how she is impacting the next generation! Listen in as we look at and discuss: The importance of paying it forward How youth want to be seen and heard  Making sure we don’t discredit teens The themes girls are struggling with now and how those might be the same or different from the past How living with purpose and meaning is a form of faith How stepping into your greatness is modeling to the next generation Ideas on how we can model to the next generation healthy body image, self esteem and connection Chantal Côté is a registered psychologist and the founder of Pyramid Psychology, a business dedicated to helping teen girls build bulletproof mindsets so they can weather the ups and downs of life. Chantal has had the opportunity to give talks for hundreds of teens, write articles for local parenting magazines and collaborate as a guest on various podcasts. Chantal lives in Calgary, Alberta with her partner, two sons, and animal companions. Outside of work Chantal loves writing, listening to music, playing ball hockey and being outdoors in nature.   Find out more about the work Chantal does at https://pyramidpsychology.com/index.html  It’s important to find someone - maybe multiple someone’s - you trust to begin down the road of leadership growth.
