This is the one thing that sabotages your business before it even gets started.

In this episode, I break down how to set proper expectations with your customers, clients, family, spouses, pretty much everyone. I explain why its' extremely important to set these expectations and not let people down to ensure that you're going to get referrals & repeat business from them.

 

This is a real estate podcast like you've never heard before. Most talk about some sort of marketing hack, closing strategy that is no longer working, or a 'hey look at me' type of show.

I wanted to bring you a podcast that is like none other out there.

 

This podcast is different for a few reasons:

  1. We’re releasing two different kinds of podcasts per week.
  2. One is a recorded podcast with my top agents here at Out Fast and is released every Monday morning 
  3. One is a LIVE podcast every Friday morning at 10 am on whichever platform you prefer (YouTube, Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, etc)
  4. We’re featuring our agents and letting them tell their stories

 

This podcast is for if:

  1. You’re an agent looking for a sense of community. You’ll know you’re not the only one going through some of these struggles. You and I both know that this market is crazy and is not as easy as the TV shows make it look. 
  2. A potential buyer of real estate. If you’re looking to buy a house maybe for the first time, looking to upgrade your house, or maybe even downsize. You might also be looking for investment opportunities in real estate. We talk about what to expect during the process of buying a home and how our agents are getting you the absolute best deals possible even in a tight market.
  3. A potential seller of real estate. You might be looking to move into a bigger home or downsize into a smaller home, maybe you’re looking at cashing in on the equity in some of your rental properties. You may be thinking of selling your house FSBO (for sale by owner) because the market is so hot that anyone can sell in this market. Either way, we’re going to explain to you exactly why and how agents EARN the 3% of the sales price. It’s not as easy as they make it look on HGT.
  4. You’re an agent looking for a change of scenery and want to be surrounded by winners, have top-notch training, support, and motivation. You can learn from our agents who are also mentoring our current agents as well.
