Stephanie discusses how she, after being born and raised in Jamaica, moved to New York City for her college education. She discusses seeing gender inequality of others in regards to pay and work, though during her college studies and part-times jobs did not experience this herself. As an employee and a business women, Stephanie acknowledges at times she would be "judged" as a female and a single mother. Stephanie realized she would have to work hard to prove herself and knew she would need to be better than men who were doing the same job or creating the same type of business. She mentors women coaches, consultants and service-based business owners to utilize the Internet & creative marketing strategies to get powerfully visible, increase their reach and get more clients. She holds a Masters degree in Marketing Management. Stephanie previously owned a boutique publishing company that published a full color Real Estate Guide. Through the power of the Internet, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Online Marketing the publication had a worldwide reach and ranked on the 1st page of local Google Searches for the industry. Now she works with a few private clients and supports many more through her group coaching and mastermind programs. Her clients have also had their Websites rank high on Google for their niche, secured speaking gigs, got more leads and booked paying clients, exposure for their brand and more business - utilizing her strategies. Stephanie has had appearances on radio shows, online events and leading online publications. She has lived in 2 Countries, loves photography, travelling and eating healthy.
