Those of us with a uterus have - or have had - a visit from Auntie Flo. We typically greet period time with chocolate, heating pads, and resentment. How can we move past the cultural and societal shame around periods and gain a greater sense of acceptance and fulfillment regarding our ever-changing bodies?
