On the second episode of season 2, Taleweaver @ClVlL2006 recommended that we build a story in a universe where only the villains of all IP's live. A world with villains running rampant and no superheroes to swoop in and save the day. What we end up with is a complex battle between order and chaos involving Lex Luthor, The Joker, The Kingpin, Red Skull, Jason Todd, The Punisher, and more.
