We start with a local stout collab "White Chocolate" from two of New York's most respected breweries. Then take a gander on the sour side sampling a Brette beer brought to us by first timers, Wild East and two DIPA's on our flight testing the limits of the Six Boroughs from Upstate to Philadelphia adjacent on our flight! We finish off the evening with a special treat brought to us from halfway around the world care of Beer Labs with "Hypotenuse" a West Coast IPA with Centennial, Motueka and Sorachi Ace Hops. Oh Boy!
