Miscellaneous

Have you ever experienced feelings such as a loss of interest, hopelessness, insomnia or sleeping too much, changes in appetite, or loss of concentration? These all sound like symptoms of depression but could be symptoms of grief! Depression doesn’t always have a cause, but grief does. Postponing grief, depression, etc. only allows burden and fear to build up until a person is unable to function or feels debilitated by them. There is a reason for grief and it needs to be dealt with in order to be overcome! Dr. Deb sits down with Bob Rill and discusses symptoms of grief, as well as Bob and Bobbie Rill’s Grief and Wellness Group.  CONNECT WITH Bob Rill WEBSITE: https://www.greifthethief.com PHONE: 520-668-5906 FB: https://www.facebook.com/TheGriefandWellnessGroup/ EMAIL: balive50@comcast.net
