Lisa Goddard founded Roaring Fork Insight to make meditation practices accessible and approachable for residents of the Roaring Fork Valley. In addition to weekly practices in Carbondale and Aspen, Roaring Fork Insight offers a one-day silent meditation at Flying Dog Ranch on July 14.
