Get the full show notes at redefinedlife.com/5 Katie Spring is an organic farmer from Vermont. She founded Good Heart Farmstead with her husband, Edge, in the spring of 2012 where they live in a Yurt with their toddler. For the past three years, they have been working on building the farm of their dreams. Katie has developed a keen ability to see lessons in her daily experiences and her skill as a writer gives her a clarity of thought that I envy. During our discussion, she shares some of the lessons she has learned in the process of developing the farm and doubling their business each year.
