Issur Danielovitch (1916 - 2020) was a legend of the screen if there ever was one. Growing up in poverty Izzy found his way out of the depression, changed his name to Kirk, and set out to make something of himself. Douglas was hungry to make it out on his own and instead of just becoming another star he became a titan of the industry. Kirk created some of the most memorable characters in front of the camera and fought some of the biggest battles behind it.
