We all have stress. It's in all of us. Fear, Anxiety, Stress.  It's part of everyday life  with jobs, raising families, health, financial and even today with Covid and the lockdowns. We can manage this and it's simply done throughout our day. I had roughly 50 of these big 'Stress Dragons" to face and overcome, more practice than I ever imagined I'd face, as I've spent 12 months rebuilding my body and my mind from a horrific accident. The picture on this podcast is my new titanium neck-very stressful, but I've learned and share through this that stress is quite  manageable.
