According to religious beliefs, Radha Rani was born as the daughter of chief Vrishabhanu Gop and Kirti in Rawal village near Gokul-Mahavan town in Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh state. About the birth of Radha Rani, it is said that Radha ji was not born from her mother's womb, her mother was carrying her womb, she gave birth to Vayu with the inspiration of Yoga Maya. But Shri Radha appeared there willingly. Shri Radha Rani Ji incarnated in a beautiful temple of Nikunj region. At that time it was the month of Bhadra Pad, Ashtami Tithi of Shukla Paksha, Anuradha Nakshatra, 12 noon and it was Monday. With his birth, this day started being celebrated as Radha Ashtami. Radha Rani ji was eleven months older than Shri Krishna. But Shri Vrishabhanu ji and Kirti Devi soon came to know that Shri Kishori ji had not opened his eyes since his appearance. His parents were very sad about this. After some time, when Nand Maharaj's wife Yashoda ji comes from Gokul with her beloved to Vrishbhanu ji's house, Vrishbhanu ji and Kirti ji welcome them. Yashoda ji comes to Radha ji with Kanha in her lap. As soon as Shri Krishna and Radha come face to face. Then Radha ji opens her eyes for the first time. To see her beloved Shri Krishna, she looks at him, Krishna ji himself is very happy to see his beloved in the form of a beautiful girl in front of him. Whose darshan is rare even for the great gods, whose glimpse the wise man cannot glimpse even after doing penance for hundreds of births, when Shri Radhika ji appeared in physical form in the presence of Vrishabhanu. Radhakrishna's marriage According to the scriptures, Brahmaji had personally solemnized the marriage of Shri Radha with Shri Krishna in Bhandirvan in Vrindavan. This marriage is also mentioned in Brahmavaivarta Purana and Garga Samhita. Even today in Brij it is believed that Krishna is incomplete without Radha and Shri Radha without Krishna. According to religious Puranas, there is a tradition of worshiping only Radha and Krishna. .
