Quickpod: We are facing interesting times in Real Estate and the agents that don't sit and make excuses, are the ones getting and closing all the business. It's time we do something to MAKE THINGS HAPPEN. If you need more sellers, or want more listings...go get them. If you have several buyers that you can't get under contract, focus on one or two at a time and MAKE IT HAPPEN. Improve. Sharpen yourself in both of these areas, and you will find yourself in the top 10% of the agents doing MOST of the business today.
