Hi Lads, I have a tried and tested the Flexible Dieting System which tracks your calories and macros for fat loss  it's so easy to get your head around, it's idiot proof Theres many ways of doing this but it has to work for our fellas that are working long hours driving to business meetings and entertaining clients in the evening etc. They also still want to be able to let their hair down at the weekend too ? ?
