My name is Annie and I am forever changed. On December 31st 2018 I lost my father to Suicide by a self inflicted gun shot wound to his heart. This year has been a painful and humbling journey. I never pictured myself experiencing pain on this level. A year ago I would have never imagined doing a podcast and sharing my story with the world. I hope to create a platform to freely speak about many issues our nation is facing today about; Creating Awareness about mental illness, chronic pain, Suicide, Survivors of Suicide loss, opioid crisis, shame, stigmas, labels, social injustice and much more.
