XHALE: The Meditations

Religion & Spirituality

Times where I hide are the times I fear the most.  I would escape to silence. Every time my mouth would move the syllables were unclear. I, then, realized that who I am is not who I was. I was attached to my past self and disconnecting from the beauty within my vulnerable state. An alteration needed to occur. I am existing in this present moment to construct a future from my own rich soil made of vulnerability, bliss, and love. I am my own present. I am my own.
