One of the most underrated qualities any person or organization can have is loyalty. Loyalty is created when a person’s values or beliefs align with those of another person or an organization. When loyalty is created, there is no telling what a person might do. People become far more powerful and willing to act when they feel a sense of loyalty towards another being.
