CAFE Western European Development Officer Keith Ferguson addresses the conference, and hosts the first ever twinning of two disabled supporters associations. Hibernian DSA and Rollyside, representing FC Groningen, will look to assist each other in the future. The conference took place on 24-25 September 2011 at Wembley Stadium, London.
