Tess Vigeland (the former voice of NPR's Marketplace) returns to the show for a very human conversation about the impact of a recent trip with a group of orthopedists providing services to children in Peru. What she saw, heard, and experienced on that trip had a profound impact on her, and she came back knowing that what she learned there will change the direction of her life...she just doesn't know how yet.
