My world changed in 2014 — and I bet yours did too. At first I thought it was just me, feeling extremely disoriented after moving on from twelve years of pastoring a church plant in my hometown, to a different city in a foreign country where all my best-laid plans had failed. Then I noticed my Facebook newsfeed changing from friends’ celebratory pics to political memes featuring oversimplified takes on real-word issues. I found myself losing heart, puzzled how to respond.
