While Mego is resting up, Diego and Caitlin talk about the working out they've been doing- TOGETHER. This is a shock Workies, because we all know Diego doesn't like working out in general, but especially not so with other people. Both have been using dad-joke-loving Tony Horton's Power90 program, to get moving in quarantine. We talk about what we like and don't like about the routine. It's a quickie but a goodie!
