This episode goes in depth to the song "Youth" by Shawn Mendes. I also tried to be a bit more open about my personal life, and this is the first episode without a quote I wrote. Be inspired going into this school year.

On every YouTube video and article I read on how to start a successful podcast, the main tip was to keep your topic consistent. There were a lot of things I wanted to talk about, but the central message in all of these topics was to have people find joy in themselves. In the beginning, we start off with a quote, which can range from a song lyric to a line from a movie, and I will explain how it brought me comfort, as well as how it can bring the listener comfort as well. Sometimes I will make my own quote at the end, but not on all of them. I just want to spread positivity.
