When you were growing up did you see yourself reflected in the media you consumed? Who were the faces that you saw all around you? Whether we like it or not what we see around us growing up plays a role in shaping who we are as adults. This is why representation matters … you can’t be what you can’t see. In this ep we talk about our experiences developing our sense of identity. We talk about where we feel at home and if or where we see representation of Black people in Australian media.
