"Most of the time when people think hormones, they think Estrogen and Progesterone. But there's way more than that...so don't always jump to the hormone. Kind of go easy on the hormone because you need to consider the variables that affect. them. Those things are: your calorie intake, eating too much or too little, your carb take, eating too many carbs, eating too little carbs, your stress management.
