On 27th November 2018 Ashwini Pratap Pawar and Vedanth Bharadwaj had a private dance and music recital in a theatre for the performing arts in Kaavadi, near Auroville. This theatre is named "Salangai" which means ghungroos or anklets in Tamil. Vedanth sang soulful Kabir songs which left the audience inspired and moved. Ashwini danced a repertoire of rhythmic Bharatanatyam compositions, adding joy to the delightful evening. That very morning, Ashwini and Vedanth, decided to collaborate in spontaneity. Sharing with all of you a small video clip of their collaboration to a song by Kabir, "Naiharva humka na bhaave" sung in a tune made popular by the legendary Pt. Kumar Gandharva.
