This podcast is my reality and how I am feeling at the movement due to COVID-19 and restrictions put in place due to elective surgery (I knew I would remember it after I stopped recording). We are all in this together and we will get through this.

This podcast is all about my journey to becoming the best version of myself. Through every trial, tribulation and accomplishments, it has made the woman I am growing to be. This podcast will describe what my life was like being bullied, suffering from depression which grew into anxiety. I will be discussing what I have learnt and what my strategies have been and what strategies I would love to gain.
