I took a hiatus from podcasting to build an online business. I couldn't wait to get back to sharing yoga and life with you. This episode was one of the most difficult for me to record. A part of me wanted to share this story because the secrecy of this type of abuse keeps it going. Another part of me did not want to give the psychopath an audience. I hope that I did the topic justice and highlighted the healing instead of the abuse. If you've ever had an encounter with a psychopath you know the devastation they leave in their wake.
