This podcast is a solo podcast about my personal journey so far within fitness I talk very openly and honestly, sharing my experiences and personal opinions. I start from my sporty childhood, talk about my introduction to 'training' via Kayla Itsines BBG, my transition to classes & weight training followed by starting as a one-to-one personal trainer at a Pure Gym. I then cover how I ended up getting into competing in bodybuilding/pushing the extremes, why I stopped competing, I talk about how I have come full circle back to my original goals and values as a coach, and answer the question: will I EVER compete in bodybuilding, or coach competitors again?
