Today I go over my go to workout routine and nutrition tips. This s what 90% of my training and nutrition circles around. It's not complicated but it gets results. I know you're used to hearing really complicated ways to stay in shape and I promise this isn't one of those routines. Also I go over some of the projects I've been doing outside of the podcast. I'll be launching huntzilla apparel very soon and getting ramped up for that launch has me quite busy. Anyway, enjoy this shit and stuff!
