Yay to August and my birthday month! Typically, I celebrate the entire month with a fabulous trip, a spa day, and wonderfully delicious restaurant visits with friends and loved ones. This year is a different type of birthday. I'm leaning into this time to be introspective and reflect on lessons learned and a birthday ritual I'm going to begin this year.
