What up BANGERS!It is Meatless Monday when I recorded this so as a family we ate a vegetarian dinner.I was Vegan for 6 months to experiment what the vegan diet could help with cholesterol, testosterone, minerals levels etcThe results were positive, I was not deficient in anything at all and I was healthy.I try to eat plant based 1-2 times a week to give my body a break from meat.I hope you enjoy this episode!
