Joining me for episode 10 is a man at the top of his game in his field of practice. Richie Norton aka The Strength Temple is someone who specializes in movement, breathwork meditation, and mindset. His message is simple, and just by doing some of these practices he talks about every day for just 5 minutes can make a huge difference to your outlook, performance, and mindset.Richie started his career as a professional rugby player which unfortunately ended prematurely due to injury at only 25 years old. He then went on an exciting and adventurous path to find his true passion for learning all about movement, healing, breathwork, and yoga. Learning from leaders such as Laird Hamilton and Gabby Reece he is the only level 3 certified XPT coach in Europe. Richie now teaches workshops around Europe and soon to be Australia and New Zealand sharing his message and helping people move better whilst becoming more self-aware and inspired to live a healthy life.
