What will you answer if I ask you: "What are the values of your company?". Most likely you wouldn't know and in the best case, you vaguely remember what you have seen on a powerpoint presentation a long time ago. If the values are real, you don't have a need for writing them down because everybody in the organisation will feel them and experience them.
