Let’s face it, who doesn’t like talking about Millennials? . Each generation has their own uniqueness based on their social, political, financial, and technological experiences. But are millennials really that different? We recently surveyed and did focus groups with millennials to test our theories. Our findings showed, the key factors to millennials’ employment decisions, what motivates millennials to work, and their views on trust and leadership. HR needs to be in tune with millennial buying habits as many industries are learning (e.g. online banking, dinner reservations and deliveries, transportation, sports). We will share our best tips on what might help you attract and retain millennials, and the tips might just work for the rest of your workforce as well.
