Welcome back to Mental Breakers y'all. This is the very first content episode of the season where we kick off a conversation concerning the topic of ACEs, or Adverse Childhood Experiences. Educating people about ACEs has been one of our main focuses throughout our time as YOMHEs because ACEs fit into and mesh into so many aspects of suicide, suicide prevention, and mental health in general.
