Join Fred Katz, Juniper Arthurs, and David Baca as we go over mediation and the 2020 contract negotiations. The first mediation session was a disaster with no hospital proposals. The tone has changed and now nurses have to decide on what to do next. Admin and leadership feel that they have the nurses in a position to accept a terrible deal.
