Nearly every athletic communications staff has been affected with transitions, new hires, realigning duties, etc. Join these presenters as they discuss moving into new jobs, making the jump from one division to another, taking on leadership responsibilities, and how they are building and contributing to their department culture. How do you handle a move to a new job, a new organization? Hear from them about the process of researching and moving into a new position, both physically and emotionally, about "letting go" of your former job, and preparing for new opportunities in the COVID environment, and much more.
