Do you ever find yourself in a place where things are uncomfortable and you don't like it? A small adjust could change things and yet we find ourselves doing nothing. In life we make adjustments all the time. Like turning up or down the thermostat. So if life is going to change it is going to be because we choose to make some small adjustments. When we make adjustments things will change, remember it takes time to see the change.
