Since I just got back from a mission trip last week I wanted to use this opportunity to bring in Avery Wilkins to chat about our experiences with service. For those of you who have done construction type volunteer work you'll most likely be able to relate and for those of you never having experienced that, you'll get a look into what it's like. We recap our mission trip and explain another program we've been involved in- AOSP. Then, we discuss what motivates people to engage in service and how school plays a role in that. We encourage you to get outside your comfort zone and get involved in your community one way or another. Have a great day, but try to also help someone else have a great day!!
