Dishant Pritamani didn’t enter hospitality through a formal degree, but through instinct and a drive to create spaces that feel alive. In 2013, he launched The Daily Bar & Kitchen, a venue that moves easily between neighbourhood bar, gig space, and cocktail spot quickly becoming a cultural mainstay.


What began as one space has grown into a thoughtful portfolio across India. The Daily All Day brings a relaxed take on all day dining, while Tsuki offers a lush rooftop setting with Pan Asian cuisine. In Goa, The Second House reimagines the dining experience through an AI led concept grounded in art, music, and storytelling, and Cafe Lento focuses on slow living, with sourdough bakes and specialty coffee.


Across all his ventures, Dishant’s focus stays constant: intention, growth, and people. His approach to hospitality goes beyond service, investing in team development through initiatives that build confidence and expand perspectives.


For Dishant, hospitality is about trust. The spaces he creates aren’t just functional, they’re personal, evolving expressions of his journey and values.
