Lucy started out singing in Chicago folk music clubs as a teenager. The New York Times noted, "Easy to predict stardom for her." But, convinced her calling was in another direction, Lucy dropped it all to become a clinical psychologist. But she never stopped singing. She was often pulled back in to the studio by her friends - now with record deals -, singing on records with Sean Coleman, Nancy Griffith, Suzanne Vega on 'Pretty in Pink' the movie, and commercial credits for Chevy with "Heartbeat of America." Her voice has remained in high demand by her peers. Her new album, "Everyday Street," features songs about family, loss, and discovery.
